I have never dealt with such dishonest people. These people are scammers and need to be stopped. I lost my $100.00 too. Their website and staff are full of lies.

OK all you who've had it up to here with Tammy and her scamming team of thieves...I say we band together and take them to court!

I have contacted the local police about her business tactics...not sure if they will do anything.

Tammy actually called me on April 22 to assure me that my deposit would be refunded...oh to think I would believe her. I tried to get a refund through my credit card and I thought I was safe and secure with that, but just 2 days ago, my bank reversed the chargeback saying that Tammy had emailed them enough evidence to have the chargeback reversed!

Here is what she said: "There is no guarantee for pick up or delivery while every effort is made to meet the customers request, etc. There are no refunds after 72 hours after we have started working on the order, etc."

So they can sit back and take, take, take while doing nothing and because they claim they warn their customers about the "no refunds policy" they forget to let them know about the possibility of not ever getting your vehicle shipped!

Anyone out there who is considering using Caviness Auto Carriers...I STRONGLY WARN YOU AGAINST FALLING FOR THEIR LOW-BALL OFFERS...YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR VEHICLE.

I waited a month and nothing happened. I even contacted the BBB and my complaint is still unanswered!

These people need to be stopped!
