RUN, RUN, THEY ROB YOU WITH OUT A GUN!!

Caviness refused to honor their quote of $675.00 to transport our van from NY to FL. Long story short: we retained their transport services and found out that it would be $200.00 more for and inoperable vehicle so we sent our van to get fixed at cost of $695.00 to make it operable for pick up. Van was picked up on schedule and operating. When we contacted the company that Caviness had brokered our contract to they informed us that the total charge was $875.00 we call CAVINESS (now no longer nice)and the GIRLS informed us that it was not changed in the computer. However the company that the sub our contract to only transports OPERATING VECHILES!! Why are we paying the $200.00 extra Because the run a fraudulent company that will overcharge you, not deliver when promised, speak to you with such verbal abuse that you will never say a curse word again because you don't wan t to around like the girls of caviness. They should use the $200.00 dollars they stole from us for a manners and etiquette class , they do have those in Texas don't they?

Ashley we sent a hauler in there to get your van. When the hauler got in there it would not run. So he had to leave it. We called you and told you that if it was a inop van it did cost more money to ship a inop car. We had to get a hauler with a wench to load it. You said you were going to try and get it fixed but in the mean time put it back on the board to fined a hauler that could haul it. And if you got it fixed before we got a hauler in there. YOU were to call us and let us know that you got it running and we would change it to a running van. So we got a hauler for a inop van. You falied to call us and tell us other wise. And the girls in my office do not talk like you say. You just are mad at yourself because you droped the ball. We did our job ! Thank You CAC
