Their website contradicts itself:

Terms & Conditions
"While every effort will be made to meet the customer's requested scheduling, no guarantee of pickup or delivery can be made, expressed or implied. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, mechanical failure, inclement weather, problems with other customers, and unforeseen circumstances."

Scheduling: Once all proper documentation has been received, we will then need approximately 5 days in which to line up the truck that will be transporting your vehicle. You will then be given a 3 day window to schedule pickup.

They tell you how much time it will take, ask for your money upfront, then make no guarentees whatsoever they will fulfill their end of the bargain, and expect you to be okay with that.

I put a $100 deposit down, which they want to refund, because its taken almost a month for them to even schedule someone to go pickup my car. After a month of waiting I'm switching to another company that can pick it up TOMMORROW.

Yes it did take a while to find a hauler. But we did get one. I do not know were he got the info on the window of 5 days than 3 days. There was a mis under standing some were. And what he is talking about in his last paragraft I am not sure. Because we did get a hauler. And 50.00 dollors back on his credit card For all the miss understanding from the start on my part and his.And he did not get another company. And he say in his own words below that we did get a hauler and give him a refund.
