Brenda helped me set up transportation for my Honda Accord from Jersey City, NJ to Anaheim, CA. She was readily available by phone, was very open and honest with her responses as well as patient with my questions. I got email updates promptly. Prior to my first available date, she called and gave me the number and name of the carrier. The carrier was scheduled to pick up my car on the first available day but the trailer was in the repair shop so pick up did not happen until the next morning. Brenda made some calls when I was unable to contact the carrier myself for updated pick-up times. Altogether, great experience working with Brenda and the CVS team!!

The hood of my car was scratched in transit and the carrier was dismissive until I insisted that he have it fixed before I took delivery. He wiped it off with some polishing paste but there are still visible scratches. Would definitely consider paying extra for enclosed shipping next time around.
