Good service. On time pickup. The drivers tried to deliver three days earlier than what I wanted. Cascade was helpful ensuring the driver delivered no earlier than the contracted time.
I was surprised by the requirement for cash on delivery. Other than that, no issues.

Liam I happy that you thought our service was good with not issues so I'm confused about the 3 star rating. When I called and ask you about it you told me the service was fine and you just wanted your rebate so you just wrote a few lines and gave us a rating that didnt match the service we provided just so you could get the rebate, that doesnt seem real fair to me. By your review all was well but didnt reflect in the rating.
