Although it was difficult to get a pickup date nailed down due to the number of vehicles that are currently coming out of Florida, my contact person at Cascade worked diligently on getting a carrier for my vehicle. She was extremely polite every time we spoke and remained in contact with me constantly to reassure me that she was working hard to get my car back to Michigan. Cascade also called me the day after my delivery date to make sure that the car had arrived as promised and that I was happy with the carrier. I was very pleased with the proffessional way Cascade does business and would definitely recommend and use them every time.
