I'm stationed in Japan and had Cascade shipping ship my car from Washington to Arizona. They made the whole process virtually effortless even though I had two different points of contact for the shipping company (with me being in Japan). I had a friend holding my vehicle in Washington and my father in law as the point of contact for the drop off in Arizona. I couldn't have asked for a more polite and friendly sales rep or driver. My father in law told me that the driver contacted him about 3 hours in advance to let him know that he was almost to Phoenix and once he arrived, my father in law was simply amazed at the level of professionalism. 15 minutes after the vehicle was dropeed off by the driver, the shipping company called to make sure the vehicle was dropped off on time and wanted to make sure there were not any problems.
