I used Cascade Vehicle Shipping to facilitate the transport of a small vehicle from Minneapolis to Albuquerque. The Customer Service Rep I dealt with, Jacquie Eads, was very pleasant and helpful. The whole process went smoothly, although the vehicle sustained some minor damage enroute (not Cascade's fault, of course). I have filed a claim with the insurance company of the trucking firm that transported the vehicle and am awaiting settlement of that claim.
My experience dealing with Cascade was a favorable one, and I would recommend them to others who need to ship a vehicle from Point A to Point B. I will withhold endorsement of the trucking company that transported the vehicle until the final outcome of my claim for damages.
