Very Poor Experience

The engagement with Cascade started off fine in agreeing to a price and date of shipment and I received three emails confirming our contract. But after not hearing from the company for a couple weeks after placing my order, I emailed to follow up. I was informed my order had been canceled. This was extremely troublesome since no one had bothered to inform me and I would have just assumed the delivery was fine. Then when I inquired about the cancellation, the company refused to accept responsibility and said I had called in and canceled, which clearly wasn’t true. I never received a response to my follow up email.

Either the company or its technical system is incompetent, and the company compounds problems by not accepting accountability. I found this especially annoying since every email and phone call I received touted their high rating on this website.

Mr. Shevchik, We apologize for any miscommunications that may have happened. We have it noted that you placed the order on 8/8/08 at 1:08 and it was cancelled at 1:24. We are unsure what happened. We will look into the issue and make sure it is corrected for the future.
