Diane made the process very easy and smoothly. If I ever had any questions she either had the answer or found a way to get me the answer. Everything ran smoothly from the first phone call to the last email thanking me for choosing Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Very reliable company and they go through Matson if you want to feel a little more secure. Couple communication problems in the beginning but after everything was settled the transfering of the vehicle was great. When I recieved the vehicle at it's destination there were no damages and customer service was great in both Hawaii and Washington.
Would probably ship through them again if needed. (:
