First time shipping a vehicle. Transported from WA to TX. Communication was excellent. Driver had a family emergency so the car went to Montana and waited for another driver to come transport. We had lots of communication from the driver first and then Cascade. Never a problem just took longer and that was totally unavoidable. Car was in perfect shape and the driver that delivered was very accomodating to our scheduling conflicts due to arriving a week later than expected. Highly recommend Cascade. Brandi always replied to phone or email messages and was very professional.
