Overall, I had a very positive experience. The customer service could not have been any better. My vehicle was picked up and delivered to me exactly when I was told it would be. I really appreciated the email informing me that my vehicle was picked up. I did have a little problem reaching the drivers by the phone number that was provided, however that was a very minor issue. They turned out to be real professionals and even called back to apologize for not returning my call in a timely fashion. I don't think I could have picked a better shipping service and would definitely recommend this company to others. The customer service will not disappoint.
