I definitely recommend Cascade Auto Shipper Inc. The manager Kim went above and beyond to help us out. Without her, I don’t know when or if we ever got our vehicles back.

We had problems getting our vehicles delivered on time because of a carrier White Dove Inc., out of Oregon. The driver picked up our two vehicles on August 1st. The owner of the company Chris told us that it would take about 5 days to get to Florida from Washington. On day 4, the driver John told me that he’s in Idaho but would be able to make it to Florida on Sunday. I kept calling him to get the exact delivery date but couldn’t get a hold of him till Monday. When he finally returned my call, he said that he’s still in Idaho because the company owner Chris hadn’t paid him money for the fuel and didn’t know when he would get to Florida. I was furious when I heard this. I called Chris several times but he never returned my call. I called Cascade Vehicle Shipping and I was told that they were responsible for finding a truck driver and getting our vehicles on the truck but after that they can’t guarantee anything. I asked for a manager and left a message. At this point, I didn’t think that Cascade would be able to do much for us. Honestly I didn’t think that the manager would return my call. Surprisingly within 10 or 15 minutes, Kim called me back. She sounded very professional and sympathetic about what’s going on. She actually said that her office is not far away from White Dove Inc., and she could go knock on their door if she had to. The same day, Kim called me and let me know that she had a little talk with the owner and the driver. The truck is moving and we should be able to get our vehicles back within 3, 4 days. Even after that she kept in touch with the driver everyday. She let me know where the truck was and how many drop offs before he gets to our destination. It was entirely the carrier White Dove Inc’s fault not Cascade’s, but Kim credited a portion of their fee for the inconvenience.

There are so many people out there who don’t care what they are doing. It was refreshing to deal with someone like Kim who actually cares about what she’s doing and cares about her customers. She does go extra mile to get stuff done. Thank you, Kim.
