Way delayed

Although the customer service in the beginning was great, the experience quickly soured when the delivery of my car exceeded eleven days over the quoted delivery date. I expected to be ten days without my car, instead I was left stranded without it for three weeks.

Granted, obstacles are bound to occur while in transit, and I was willing to accept this; however NO ONE CONTACTED ME to let me know about the delays! I received not a single phone call from anyone and was left to think the worst had happened to my car.

When I was sealing the deal with Cascade Vehicle Shipping I was ready to give them a rave review, but after what happened with my car while in transit I cannot in good conscience do this.

Brenda, I am sorry for the delay, I contacted you the moment that the we found the engine for the transport failed and had to be replaced. At that time you stated that you understood and were ok with it. I did in fact give you several phone calls to updated you though you and your daughter. Again I am sorry for the delay.
