This is my second car shipped but only the first with Care Auto Transport LLC and I wished I had known about them 3 months ago when I shipped my Kia from Michigan to Florida for a price of $625 which $125 went to the broker.. The company was a decsent company but the car arrived 2 days late making us rent a car which is what we were trying to avoid. Since the car was 2 days late the shipper and myself argued about getting a discount because of the 2 day lateness but he wouldn't budge saying the truck broke down and there was nothing he could do about that. So when leaving he said you have my number and could call him directly if moving another car so I did call and text him to let him know I needed his service again thinking it was half the distance and being a repeat customer I would get a discount. He quoted me $1 less then I paid to go twice the distance so I found Care Auto and talked to Cody and something about the way he explained the process that made me think no one has been this informative about how the company do their job and made me feel good when he kept me informed on all phases of finding a carrier and even was early at picking up the car as I was trying to get it as soon as possible taking only 1 day to deliver it where the other company took 6 days. As I mentioned I think this was excellent service and will contact this company again when moving another car and will tell all when they want to move a car. KUDOs on this company. This company tries really hard to get and keep you a satisfied customer.
