Stolen Deposit!!

I fell for the low-ball quote of $300 from Florida to NC from this company, They took the $100 deposit out of my account within 5 minutes of speaking with them. Then I did some checking and found they have no BBB rating. When I called to ask why the story I got from Brad Thomas was obviously bogus and it made me nervous so I cancelled. (I was moving the day after planned pick-up and could not risk the car not being picked up.) So far they have promised to refund my deposit on 4 different occasions. Sarah Wood told me my account would be credited a couple of times, and then Jessica in accountng told me the check was in the mail. My instinct for cancelling was correct. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! unless you're ok with risking getting ripped off like I did.

This customers biased opinion is totally unfounded...We never even arranged to transport his vehicle......The fact that he did not like the fact that we are not members of the BBB- -we so choose NOT to be and pay the feess- - -is our prerogative...Regardless we never set/scheduled service for him...He just cancelled (as is his right) but we certainly did not wrong him nor "take his deposit" without his authorization to do so. Looks as if their is another side of the story!!!!
