be careful - quote low - ends up being high

was quoted originally $625 total - was told there was $150 deposit, which actually was $154.95..

I filled out and faxed form on December 3rd - they charged my credit card the $154.95.

i called on december 8th asking for confirmation of scheduled pick up december 10th. A lady called me back immediately and told me it was scheduled to be picked up saturday december 10th... well the 10th came and no phone call - no nothing - so i call in the afternoon, they said it has not been scheduled with a driver yet and nebraska was a " dry " route. i kept calling that next week, then they call me and tell me they have driver $675 ( plus the $154.95 ) i already paid.. i decline - saying i was quoted $625 total. Another few days go by, they call again with that same offer of $675, i am forced to take it and do it as i needed the car here by the holidays. The car got picked up that same night - the driver never called me, for delivery updates, i kept calling him, he was late, never called, i called him and he was still in KC - he was 7 hours late, delivered the car at 8pm at night in the dark... be careful using this or any company that quotes LOW - they just get your deposit then raise the price on you.
