I was hesitant about shipping my car as I have never done it before and the process itself seem so overwhelming. Janet explained the whole process and walked me through everything. She was professional and answered all my questions. Everything was set up according to the time frame discussed and the driver hired was great, i would definitely call Janet again if I needed to transport my car. My car was shipped in the time frame quoted too. Janet also works with you with regards to cost, she even helped me save some money by starting the price lower. Great overall experience with this company.
