I thought everything went great! the carrier was a little off with his time estimates, meaning I had to wait a little longer than anticipated the night of delivery,but this was minor and to be expected from someone not familiar with local traffic problems. The car was delivered intact and everything was A-OK. I was thrilled we got it shipped so quickly and from my understanding of your industry this directly the result of your ability to get a carrier. I appreciate you folks letting me know that the bid had to go up to get a carrier to deliver it before Christmas. I would rate the overall experience as an A.
