This was my first usage of an auto transport company. The carrier called several days before the scheduled pickup to confirm a pick up time. The driver was on time, and did an inspection of the vehicle noting anything on the Bill of Lading. The driver was very friendly and courteous. The vehicle was delivered on time and in good condition except for dirt accumulated during storms on the road.
