I went through a broker that used this company. CFR kept putting off when they would come get the vehicle - finally came, only to have it taken to New Jersey where they loaded it on another truck. This was on a Thursday. By Monday, there had made it all the way to Chicago (supposedly). The car was then transported to Los Angeles, CA where it sat for 3 1/2 days until they decided it was convenient to deliver it to Bakersfield - a whole 1 1/2 hours away.

When I contacted the Broker - they were told a whole different story. CFR said the car was not available for pick up on Monday so they would go back and get it later in the week. They told my dad it would be in an enclosed carrier but arrived with a flatbed. Who knows what really happened between New Jersey and Los Angeles. CFR dispatch would not accept my call nor return my messages. Same is true for the actual driver.

This company lies.....not a good experience!
