Driver was contracted to arrive on Wednesday didn't call/ didn't show. I called him on Thursday stated that he was going to arrive that day,but again didn't show, didn't call. I called him again on Friday, promised he was going to arrive friday, so I made plans for the third time for his arrival which meant I had to sit at my house all day waiting for him to come. He didn't show up on Friday nor called. Called him several times with no answer no return call. I called him again on Saturday said he would be there in the afternoon this time he did arrive but hours after he said he would.

Driver said it would take 5-7 days for transport to Florida.

So I called him the following Thursday with NO RETURN CALL from him until Sunday night. He said was going to be in my area Monday the latest Tuesday. Called him again on Monday night said he was in Miami, said he was going to call me Tuesday morning to set up a delivery time for that day. Guess what? No call. I placed several calls after that not only to him but to the broker and to the dispatcher with no return calls from any of them.

IT WAS NOT UNTIL THURSDAY THAT I THREATENED TO REPORT MY CAR STOLEN THAT ANY OF THEM CALLED BACK!!!!!

When I finally did receive my car it had DAMAGE to the exterior and interior of car.
