This was the first time I've ever shipped a car. I tried to use 1st Call Auto Haul before using Big Brother, but I couldn't get 1st Call to return my phone calls. Big Brother did a great job, finding a transporter within 3 days. The car was a Toyota 4Runner. It was shipped from San Francisco to Syracuse NY. We were given an estimate of 9 to 12 days for the car to be delivered. The car was delivered to Syracuse in 6 days. I would not hesitate to use Big Brother again and would highly recommend them.
