I have transported rare BMWS over the past 20 years as a BMW club member and enthusiast . In the past the Transport Companies performance were Marginal to poor . Experiences included brokers being deceptive , unresponsive when called with a concern , drivers stealing all the cash meant for the transport company .
The experience I had with Kathy at Big Brother was a "breath of fresh air" She was honest, sincere, and provided excellent customer service . When the Initial carrier did not work out , she quickly found an alternative[Deal Auto Transport] .The driver was on time and offered good cutomer service. I talked with my brother who received the car in Florida from California.He was very pleased with the car.
