The booking agent, Cathy Behnke, worked with me, returning my calls when requested and making the necessary arrangements. This was my second time transporting an auto through Big Brother Auto Transport and I would definately recommend them to someone looking for solid, transparent communication in booking and follow-up, as well as reliable transporters who take good care of your car. On both occasions my car was deliverd on time, which was huge.
