We hired Big Brothers Auto Transport to transport my daughter's car from Lynchburg, VA to San Francisco, CA. The car was picked up one day late but was delivered one day earlier than we expected. The car was in perfect condition. The only problem we had was the transport truck lost its tracking ability and we had a little mix-up in picking up the car. We had to insist that they bring it into San Francisco, as they wanted us to meet them about 20-30 miles away. We ended up meeting them on a freeway off ramp not too far from our home. It was a little confusing to find them but all worked out and we would use Big Brothers again.
