I had never used a transport company before and didn't know quite what to expect. Cathy made me feel comfortable with my decision to use Big Brothers Auto Transport. I had my dads truck in storage for a year and needed to get it up to Washington. My sister and brother were still living in the area so they were able to help me out. The driver who picked up my truck was very helpful and worked with my brothers work hours. He worked out a time to meet with my brother and showed up on time. The driver called me a couple of times while on the road. He told me he would be at my house at 8am on Tuesday, and he was there! He told me that he had to move my truck once and ran out of gas. He put in 2 gallons for me. I offered to repay him the gas money and he said "No, that was okay". I was so happy when I saw my dads truck come down the road. The driver was very curteous and Cathy was the best. I would highly recommend Big Brothers Auto Transport.
