The car I had shipped was a gift from my mother to my daughter and came from Maryland to California. We had the advantage of not being in a hurry but I was very nervous about the experience. Cathy answered many questions and even made some proactive suggestions to help make the experience better. I was also convinced that customer service was very important to her and that whatever happened she would be availalabe to make things work out. Unfortunately, we did have a minor snafu in the beginning. The original driver that was supposed to pick up the car canceled at the last minute due to a full load. We lost about a weeks time, but since we weren't in a hurry it wasn't a problem and Cathy quickly found a replacement. The driver we used was very polite, contacted me when he was a day or so away and even pushed back the initial delivery time by an hour when a last minute business meeting came up for me. His truck was well kept and the car was delivered in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Cathy and Big Brothers Transport to anyone considering shipping a car.
