What an unprofessional carrier

So where do I begin this carrier was assigned to me by the broker that we signed up with. I contacted Bernie who on the call sounded like he had a party going on in the background. Horrible way to answer the phone to a customer even after I told him who I was he continued to talk to his friends in the background as though it was no big deal. Finally we scheduled a time to make the pick up. On the scheduled day I tried calling him several times however he never answered the phone. Next day came and went no answer. Finally 2 days later he calls me up stating he had lost track of time and would be in touch with me later in the day to confirm pick up. By this time the carrier had already assigned another truck to pick up my vehicle so I told him no thanks. Later come to find out from what the company I set up with told me this carrier had many accidents and issues in the past and their authority was revoked due to damages to customer's vehicles which they didn't pay for. They also had many lapses in insurance coverage as well which really is scary. This company is very unprofessional and they showed it in their demeanor. If you want your car to be safe DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS CARRIER hold out for a better one.
