This firm is the biggest rip off there is. Had I known of this web site and checked the reviews I would never have organised for this firm to collect my car. I organised this firm on 2 August 2005 and paid in full on 15 August 2005 (NZ $1300) by Credit Card. Bad move. After them making all the excuses known to man, they could not give me a pickup date by mid October, so I cancelled my contract with them. I was told 2 weeks for refund. Well I am still waiting for my money, and are being given all the usuall excuses, Credit Dept is closed for day or away or whatever. I have been making phone calls from New Zealand every day and when they realise it is me are now getting abusive etc and then hang up on me. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM, they shouldn't be in business, but I guess they still are because of all us mugs out there who prepay.
