The company is absolutely nice to you until you give them your money. I, like an absolute fool paid the full amount by credit card in advance - what a mistake. After they get your money, they couldnt care less. When the pick up date came, no sign of the truck. I called in and they said that it was running a few days late. When I pressed for a pickup day, they said they had no idea and told me to leave my car keys with a neighbor. At this point, after reading the reviews, I cancelled and asked for a refund - they did not care to give me a straight answer about when I would get my refund - first it was 2 weeks, then it was "the credit department has just leaft for the day". I got tired and filed a dispute with the credit card company and finally got my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AUTOTRAIL OF BAYVILLE,NY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!! What's more, I will file a complaint with the NYS Dist. Attorney and am personally thinking of suing them so that these crooks do not cheat other unsuspecting souls like me and the rest of the people who have posted on this site.
