I was a little disappointed that I was told I would be getting a confirmation email tellling me who my carrier was going to be. Instead I was contacted by the carrier asking where the car was. I was originally going to have the car driven to San Francisco, and have the drivier pick it up there. I was told it was cheaper to pick up in SF. Come to find out the drivier did not want to pick up in Sf, but rather in Hercules. Big mix up. I ended up having to drive from SF to Hercules to meet the carrier to give him possesion of the car. What a hassle!!
