Had a good experience. Brian was very helpful in explaining the process and in subsequent communications ensuring that I was kept apprised of the status of the carrier. My vehicle arrived within a few days of the predicted delivery time. While it was very dirty when it arrived (no big deal considering that we only paid for an open transport), it arrived in the expected condition with no scratches or dents. Thanks for the great service! We'll use AutoZipper the next time we need a vehicle moved.
