Outstanding Customer Service...Highly Recommend!

I spent 2 weeks researching the myriad transportation brokers and was confident that I made the right choice when I called Matt @ Autostar. I explained to Matt that the car had belonged to my recently deceased father, and it was very special to me. Matt was very understanding, exprssing his condolences and assuring me that the car would be in good hands. I further explained to Matt that I was flexible with the delivery timeline.

Needless to say, I was shocked when Matt called me the following day to tell me that he'd lined up a driver to transport my car to Georgia, and the car could be picked up in the next few hours. Since I explained to Matt during our previous phone conversation that the car was being held y a family friend who needed advanced notice, he recognized that this may not work for me and explained that he would be more than willing to locate another driver if the timeline was too aggressive. I told Matt that I would check with my friend in Pennsylvania to see if he was available to meet the driver. My friend indicated that he could meet the driver, and I subsequently called Matt and told him we could proceed with the move. Within 15 minutes, the driver called me informing me that he was on his way to pick up the car. Immediately after picking up the car, the driver called to tell me he was on his way to GA.

The following day, the driver contacted me explaining that he was a couple hours away and would be my house by noontime. I subsequently informed my wife, and the driver was at our house on-time. The driver unloaded the car and drove it into the garage at my wife's request. Although I wasn't home when the car arrived, my wife and daughter assured me that the driver was courteous and professional. It was an absolutely amazing experience...the car was picked up in PA and delivered to GA in 24 hours!

I am happy to say that my Dad's pride and joy is now sitting in my garage. I plan on finsihing the restoration my father started many years ago, and I owe a debt of gratitude to Matt and Autostar for getting the car to me safe and sound.

I would highly recommend AutoStar Transport & Logistics to anyone who needs to transport a vehicle. They are the epitome of professionalism!
