Good Overall But Realize How It Works

Great brokers with great customer service and follow-up. What you need to understand going in is the process. This company is a broker and their quote goes out onto a board as a bid and a carrier accepts the bid and provides the services. Just know that going in and that things that happen after that point is between you and the carrier, while the broker just provides support. The shipper was never notified of when exactly the carrier was going to arrive (despite a 3-hour window promise, which never happened) and wanted the shipper to drive the car to them at the freeway several miles away, contrary to the services being offered door-to-door. Getting the car on the transport was a nightmare and the carrier was really hard to work with, as per the shipper. The carrier was a day early (which was great) but called me (the receiver of the shipment) last minute for delivery. Delivery was a breeze and went quickly and everything arrived just fine. I mention these details because it's the way all carriers work and there isn't an exact science to car transport. Despite all the negatives, the broker was really great and provided customer support along with a really great price point.
