I was a bit late in ordering the pick up (i.e. only a week out) & had requested by the Friday but pick up was made on the Sunday so that is the only reason I said it was late. The driver was very responsive and although I had to ask a friend to make the drop off it all went smoothly. When I needed to contact the office for follow up I always got someone or was called back promptly. The driver called us on the Sunday night to arrange drop off but I didn't have the cash ready so we were able to meet early on the Monday morning no problem. The driver was courteous and professional. The vehicle was in the same condition as it was when dropped off in Miami. No problems at all and would use this carrier again in a heartbeat.
