I found this company via the internet. My experience with them was VERY positive. I bought a highline car in Colorado and needed it shipped to south FL in an enclosed carrier. Their quoted price was very reasonable but that's not why I chose to do business with them. It was their demonstrated knowledge and professionalism that won my business. We agreed on an ESTIMATED pick up date and ESTIMATED delivery date. I knew there needed to be a window on both sides since they organize the carrier they don't haul the load.

In my case, the car was picked up on time. Whenever I called them they were as proactive and responsive as I expected them to be. They followed up during transport and had the driver call me to confirm delivery date. After delivery, they also followed up unsolicited to make sure everything went well - which I'm happy to say it did.

Most of the complaints I've read don't seem to reflect the entire story but are slanted to suit the complainant or are about things AutoStar cannot hope to control. For example, they don't do the hauling so you can disregard any complaints about transit damage right away.... that can happen with any expediter and any carrier. There's always two sides to every issue.......the internet makes it very easy for anyone to anonymously blast anyone else with a slanted picture. Again, AutoStar Transport did an expert and professional job of lining up a terrific car carrier - I highly recommend AutoStar for auto transport.
