This customer does bring up some valid points but also omits some very key information. The customer placed an order online and agreed to the terms and conditions including a 10 day pick up window which we do offer a full money back guarantee for. We did confirm a carrier within 7 days of the first available date. The customer then cancelled the order.
We do everything we can to work towards customers requested dates and arrange transport as quickly as possible but we have a 10 day guarantee within which to confirm a carrier. We had kept the customer updated on a regular basis, he booked on the 3rd and we spoke daily up to and including Friday 7th. On the Friday we did arrange to call him back at the end of the day and unfortunately this did not happen. We contacted and apologized to Jesse that he did not receive a call back on Friday, this was an oversight and due to human error which unfortunately does happen from time to time and we will do all we can to improve on this.
