I transported my 2012 Nissan Sentra from Miami, Fl to Las Vegas, NV. It was actually very last minute (of me) to try to schedule it. They were very helpful, prompt and were able to accommodate my last minute requests right away (to ship my car cross country). Honestly, I expected good customer service from them, especially based on all of their good reviews. What I was most worried about was the actual driver who would be transporting my car. He was extremely nice and was able to answer ALL of my questions, I felt extremely confident once he left with my car on his truck. A big plus was the fact that he was going to be the only driver driving his truck, and that my car would not move off of his truck at any point, meaning it only gets driven to get on and off the truck, that's it. As opposed to other companies who have truck transfers along the way (putting your car in higher risk to get damaged). So if you are doubtful, or insecure about giving your car away to some total stranger....trust me, it will all stop right here with these guys ;)
