At first, I was a bit skeptical about Autostar after getting a quote that was half the price AND duration of other transporters. When I called to inquire about the low rate, Rodrigo explained that this was due to an open instead of closed shipping container (although they do have an option for closed shipping). I'm glad I decided to ship my car through Autostar! Rodrigo gave me the contact information for the ports and the drivers just in case I had questions during my car's transit. He explained the different ways to pay and let me know what to expect during the whole process. I received a large discount when I used them for the 2nd time! I'm very pleased with the service and would definitely use them for a 3rd time- although I hope I don't have to ship my car ever again.
