Am not sure if this company's name is auto transport direct or direct express auto transport, whichever it is they suck. They cost me $460 in storage fees because they couldn't find a driver for over three weeks. To make it worst after we cancelled their transport, we asked for refund of deposit and they wouldn't refund it back to us, we had to call our bank and they got our money back for us. Do you believe they offer a $20 rebate for reviews, i would have done this for free.
