Arranged to have vehicle shipped though this atrocious company nearly 3 weeks prior to required shipment date. I spoke with Donna who assured me that the shipment would have no issues on that time frame. I am an active duty Soldier in the Army and needed my vehicle moved from Massachusetts to California for a permanent change of station move.. Donna requires payment up front and multiple documents to sign that basically allow them to take your money and forget about you, which is exactly what they did. The shipment date arrived with no call, email or communication whatsoever. They now refuse to pick up phone calls and refuse to answer email or texts. Despite assuring me that this is an easy shipment and there were plenty of drivers, my car has yet to be moved. She even lied to me about the deposit which she said she would gladly refund if she was unable to find a driver. She lied to my wife who had to wait for a driver before getting on a plane as I had already reported to my new duty station. Bottom line, this company is full of thief’s and liars and should never be used. I will be reporting to the better business bureau and contacting the local authorities in Florida to look into this company. I will also be reaching out to local news stations tomwpotooght this and other dishonest companies that steal from Soldiers and their families. DO NOT USE.
