Frank was the Driver and kept me informed several times along the route from Manhattan to Cleveland. Once he arrived in Cleveland at the delivery location, Frank was very efficient in unloading my vehicle in a Downtown area. The vehicle arrived 2 days early from the original paperwork from the broker. There were no surprises and the quoted price was the actual price - no additional costs.
