Extremely fast transport and responsive staff

Started off using Dependable Auto Shippers (they were a link off of the moving company's website) to move my 2 cars from PA to CA. I gave them the first car on January 3rd (ETA delivery of the 14th) and was suppose to give them the second car on January 14th with ETA delivery on January 28th. They (Dependable) picked up the first car on the 3rd as agreed. The car was still at the origin terminal (PA) on the 14th. During the 2 week window, my repeated calls on a status was always met by "your car is being loaded on xx day (2 days later). When they called to schedule pick up of second car on the 13th the answer from me was a prompt "cancel." The first car actually left the origin terminal on the 15th (1 day after original ETA), and arrived 7 days later (i had a rental car in CA the entire time).

The second transport carrier I chose Progressive Auto Transport, after being jerked around for a week I cancelled my shipment with them (even after i told them up front of my experience with DAS). When I left the appropriate review on this site and they said I was never a customer and my review was pulled (separate issue which i am still addressing).

So I lost 3 weeks to get the second car moved.

After reviewing this site (TransportReviews.com), I decided to go to with AutoTransport123. Ben from AutoTransport123 had the car picked up with in 2 hours of the call. Car arrived within 6 days. He was prompt to call me back and answered my question. Janine was prompt and helped with some billing questions I had. Overall a really good experience.

Thanks to Auto Transport 123 for an easy move (third was the charm).
