It did get there in the same condition as it left.

This shouldn't be called door to door service, but nearby parking lot to nearby parking lot service. AT 123 didn't transport our vehicle - they acted as the broker and our business was given to a company that only scored 3* on this review site and didn't have a very good BBB rating. I chose AT123 for their high ratings and it didn't do me any good. I was stressed the entire time the car was in transit. Couldn't get anyone to answer phones for four days and when they did I was told AT123 wasn't the shipper and that they would leave a message with the actual trucking company to call both them and myself with an update on the car's progress. No one ever called from either business. This same customer service rep also said the "Track your vehicle" button on their website doesn't work - which I had figured out since nothing ever came of completing the information. My sales rep was on the phone to me promptly when setting up the order, but I haven't heard a word from him since. I had originally called him the day before the scheduled pickup when the trucking outfit called and tried to get us to change the pickup date and location to a different city in the dark of night. Motion Express was the trucking company and boy did they lack customer service skills. They answer the phone "Hello" and never called back within the window they gave - it was always us who had to call them after the time range had expired. I left them one email and one voice mail and never received any response. I left the driver who picked up the car one voice mail and never received a return call. I think next time I need to ship a car, I'll take the time to drive it myself and have peace of mind.
