My customer service rep.: Felicia Williams did an excellent job from beginning to end.
Felicia was always responsive, when ask a question, she provided timely answers, when I called her, she always called me back or emailed me. She has excellent follow up skills with a professionalism that puts you at ease. And she has a great sense of humor and she is fun to talk too- we laughed a lot as she put me at ease about shipping the brand new car I just purchased.
My car was picked up right on time, actually it was picked up a day earlier than scheduled and delivered the next morning, super-fast. The transport company did an awesome job, and kept me updated on their expected arrival with a call 30 minutes before arrival so I could meet them at my home. And my car was delivered on time without any damage.
