This was the first time I shipped a vehicle using a transportation service and I didn't really know what to expect. Kimberly at Auto Shipping Group, Inc. was very professional and made the process painless. I called several companies with 5 star reviews, but that doesn't necessarily tell the whole story. Some of those companies with great reviews (and cheaper prices) don't have good Better Business Bureau ratings. In the end, I decided that 5 star reviews AND an A rating on the BBB was more important than the cheapest price. Good decision! I was in a bit of a time crunch - eBay purchase on one end and a business trip on this end that narrowed the delivery window. Kimberly arranged a timely pickup and the truck was delivered 4 days earlier than I expected. Condition upon arrival was perfect. Getting the truck on this end was simple, too. Got to inspect the vehicle - the delivery folks even provided a flashlight as it was early in the AM and not that light out - and handed over the check. Took about 10 minutes. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Kimberley and Auto Shipping Group again.
