Great car shipping experience

The service I got to explain the car shipping experience was incredible - I felt like every other company was giving me the run around and I couldn't understand the process. Melissa got my bid accepted within 30 mins of submitting it so I knew the pick-up / delivery dates two months in advance which really helped us plan our move. Melissa checked in with me periodically coming up to the ship date, and the actual shipping company called me 24 hours in advance to confirm the location and time. My car was delivered one day later than stated, but the driver called me two days in advance to let me know, and kept giving me calls as he got closer with the estimated delivery time. Matt also called me several times during this window to make sure I was in contact with the driver and had the latest info. All in all it was a great experience from a company that really seems to know how the process works and that has great customer service. They didn't pressure me to go with them, just gave me info and let me make my decision. They were more expensive than other companies but the service I got was worth it, and it was also nice to not feel like I was getting yanked around. If I move back across the country some day I will absolutely use them again.
