To All about my FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE with a auto transport company.

My overall experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport was Excellent and outstanding !!!!

Don Edwards and Greg Baily went over and above the call of duty to make my experience a smooth and worry free delivery.

Don and Greg had to deal with ALOT!! as it took alot for me to purchase my new used truck as That part of the deal ( which had nothing to do with Magic Carpet was anything but smooth! )

There were lots of problems and delays and then the holidays and weather which seemed like it to forever to finnally purchase the truck, Once purchased!!!!

Don had a Tranport driver within 48 hours and the driver was already on route to get my new truck as he told Me has a transporter.

The transport company Michigan Trucks inc, Was very prompt on pickup that he arrived when he said he was going to, kept me informed where he was and what time to expect him for delivery and was very curtious UNTIL !!!!! the driver unloaded the truck and was paid!

MY ONLY BEEF WOULD BE WITH THE DRIVER OF MICHIGAN TRUCK INC, AS THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED THERE! I live on a two lane snow emergency route, the driver pulled in front of house and went to unload and the truck would not start ( as latter found dead battery ) he had me sign the paperwork, paid the fee, ONCE PAID ! he pushed the truck off the trailer and left it in the middle of a busy two lane street to fend for myself as I told him " give me a second I'll get my other truck and tow it in the driveway,I just need you to steer.), He said he had to go , got in his truck and was gone!!!! SO I WAS HAPPY ABOUT THAT PART !!!!

BUT AS I SAID,,,THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MAGIC CARPET,, THAT WHEN YOU LOOK ON THE WEB FOR A AUTO TRANSPORT COMPANY LOOK NO FURTHER THEN MAGIC CARPET AND ASK FOR DON !!!!!

THERE HAS BEEN REPORTS AND SUPPOSED REVIEWS ABOUT THE OWNER TERRY WILLIAMS AND MAGIC CARPET THAT I HAVE TO ADMIT HAD ME SCARED, BUT I FOUND OUT UNDER MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE THAT IT WAS TOTAL BULL!!!!!

i'M EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MAGIC CARPET AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, tHEY ARE VERY CURTIOUS,RESPECTFUL,HONEST, AND THEY DO GET YOU THE BEST PRICE AND DONT RAKE YOU OVER THE COALS FOR A TRANSPORTER!!!!

SO THANK YOU THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH DON AND MAGIC CARPET!!!!
