This was my first time experiencing having to transport a vehicle to another state. Upon searching for a company, my family did there homework and came across this company. The contact person that I dealt with was the best. Felicia Bond assisted me with this stressful process and made it move smoothly. She answered all my questions, eased my concerns and it happen despite my last minute call. She was realistic, truthful and reviewed what the companies expectations from me as well as my expectations from the company was well received. All persons involved that were responsible for transporting my vehicle were responsible, caring and respectful. Felicia kept me updated and was helpful with any questions that I had during the process. Felicia kept me updated when the weather in Florida due to the floods could have a impact on my delivery date. I really appreciated that. She provided me with the drivers name and number who was responsible for transporting my car. I would use this auto transport company again. After comparing prices, the cost was appropriate. I paid $991.00 the process was explained how I am charged and how the balance is paid upon delivery of the car. Nothing was left out. Felicia covered everything from soup to nuts. It was a great experience.
